Architecture Photographer – why?

Architecture, as both the process and the product of planning, designing, and constructing buildings and other physical structures results in architectural creations. They manifest as buildings, interior spaces and landscapes. Many of them are often perceived as cultural symbols and as works of art. Historical civilizations as well as great architects such as Antoni Gaudi, Eero Sarinnen, Frank Lloyd Wright, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Frank Gehry and countless others, are repeatedly identified with their surviving architectural achievements. All have relied on the superb vision of an architecture photographer to showcase their creations in the best possible way.

Architecture spans through all aspects of life and spaces we all live in. Architects, general contractors, interior designers and the associated trade, design and build marvelous creations. My goal as architecture photographer is to reveal the significance of these creations  and constructions, and to amplify the precise organization of forms in the most aesthetically pleasing way. My role and vision as an architecture photographer is meant to underline the proper expression and reveal the energy that created the depicted subject, in its most essential and striking forms.

Nature as inspiration for Architecture Photography

My innate fascination with the natural world greatly influences how I photograph the man-made world, the aesthetics of space, the elements that it holds, and the people who move or live within the space. Buildings, structures and the interior spaces inside them hold their own energy fields. These are greatly infused with the energy of the creative minds which conceived and allowed them to materialize. Being an architecture photographer, I am passionate about showcasing this with my photographs of architecture.

Architects, designers and other members of the creative trade benefit from my perception and expression of flow and convergence of form, aesthetic design, color, light, and most of all, the energy in a photographic composition. My clients have described my style as bold, symmetrical and colorful and profit from my vision. I invite you to view my hospitality and hotel photography as well as my portfolio of industrial and construction photographs, or aerials of manmade structures.
